The Property Centre opened for business on the 1st October 2003 at offices in Karsiyaka. At that time no other business was based in this Turkish village and there was a lot of speculation whether prospective customers would travel out of Girne to take advantage of our range of specialised services.

Three years later we have proven that our services and products were required as we have grown from strength to strength and have expanded our portfolio as opportunities arose.

We have always tried to offer goods and services never before offered in North Cyprus which is why we are constantly evaluating our business and looking for new and innovative products while reviewing all of our current portfolio, making changes where required. To this end we have just introduced a much needed answer to Cyprus’s long standing problem of effluent and waste water treatment, now offer a new concept in building materials with a standard of build never before available here together with a tried and tested way to both heat and cool your home.

With a combined total of over 50 years in both financial and customer service sectors of British industry The Property Centre was formed by Clive and Sue Burrows, who had relocated to Northern Cyprus in 2000.

With a wealth of knowledge available to our clients we have built a reputation based on excellent customer service and the ability to provide first class products with a back up service never before available.
